Food has never been just a career for me — it's been my passion for over 25 years. From my first opportunity in a restaurant kitchen to leading crews of professional chefs serving hundreds of guests in the film and television industry, I've dedicated my life to creating memorable dining experiences built on quality, hospitality, and genuine care.
Throughout my career I've had the privilege of working in everything from neighborhood restaurants and corporate kitchens to fine dining, private events, weddings, and large-scale productions — including catering for Hollywood film crews. Every experience has reinforced one simple belief:
