Policies

Rental Terms

•Standard rental period is 24 hours.
•Security deposit required on all rentals.
•Equipment must remain dry and protected from damage.
•No staples, nails, screws, paint, glue, tape residue, wax, glitter, or permanent decorations.
•Customer is responsible for all rented equipment while in possession.
•Equipment must be stacked and accessible at pickup.
•Security deposits refunded after inspection and inventory count.
•Dinnerware and flatware may be returned clean at no additional charge.
•If customer elects not to clean rented dinnerware and flatware, the applicable cleaning fee will be added.
•All rentals are inventoried, numbered, and inspected before delivery and after pickup. Customer is responsible for missing or damaged equipment at replacement cost.
